Kieran O’Donovan

Kieran is a former chairman of the CIF Southern Region and is the Managing Surveyor with Murnane & O’ Shea Ltd. With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial management of a diverse range of projects ranging from large pharmaceutical installations, large scale renewable energy projects and some of the largest residential developments in the Cork region over the past 20 years, Kieran holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Having worked closely with CIF Cork Branch and Coakley O’Neill Town Planners on the development of their recent research and report highlighting the development constraints in Metropolitan Cork, he is very aware of the infrastructural challenges within the region.
