Róisín’s work in the EPA has involved Industrial Emissions and Waste Licensing Enforcement, Environmental Licensing, and more recently the Circular Economy Regulation Team. Her work involves end-of-waste single case applications in addition to the National end-of-waste decision on recycled aggregate. More recently she has been involved in the recent National by-product criteria, leading for both site-won asphalt and greenfield soil and stone criteria.
