Alison is a highly experienced projects and construction partner with 15 years’ experience both in Ireland and internationally, acting for developers, employers, banks, state bodies and contractors on large and complex building and engineering projects. In addition to bespoke forms of contract, Alison advises on all industry standard contracts including NEC, FIDIC, RIAI, JCT and IEI.
Alison has particular expertise in the area of forward sale and forward fund residential schemes and she has advised some of Ireland’s largest owners and developers in this regard.
