Brian O’Callaghan

Brian joined O’Callaghan Properties in 2002. A chartered accountant by profession, he previously worked in transaction services with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in London and with Deloitte in Cork. O’Callaghan Properties is one of Ireland’s longest established property development and investment companies with commercial, retail and residential projects throughout Ireland and the UK. OCP has completed over 5 million square feet of retail and office space and over 7,000 houses and apartments across Ireland and London over the past 50 years and currently has planning permission for over 2 million square feet of commercial and residential space in the Docklands in Cork.
