Ger is Managing Partner, PwC Cork and leads the Advisory team regionally and has been a Partner for over 25 years. He has over 35 year’s professional experience providing a range of advisory services to clients and specialising mainly in Corporate Finance, M&A, Due Diligence and business structuring and strategic advice. Ger has led a wide range of transactions covering every aspect of transaction planning and succession across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US.
Ger is Chairman of the Cork Development Forum, bringing all stakeholders together in relation to the strategic development of the Cork area. He also chairs Visit Cork. Ger was also a Director of the Irish Management Institute. He is a past president of Cork Chamber of Commerce. He was a Director of the People In Need trust and a past board member of IDA Ireland and NIBRT. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and also a fellow of the Chartered Management Consultants.
