Moira Murrell is the Chief Executive of Cork County Council, commencing her role in June 2024 following a ten-year term as Chief Executive of Kerry County Council. Previously Ms Murrell worked as a Divisional Manager and Director of Service with Cork County Council. Ms Murrell is a graduate of University of Limerick and holds a master’s degree in public management.
