Nigel O’Neill is Director of Capital Programme Management for Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). Nigel is a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland. Nigel has 30 years’ experience in the private and public sectors including civil engineering design, project management, public procurement, strategic transport planning, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), tolling operations and light railway operations. TII’s capital programme portfolio encompasses light railways and metro, national roads, and greenways.
