Patrick Buckley is Managing Director of EPS Group, with over 30 years experience in the water sector across Ireland, the UK and the Middle East
Patrick joined EPS in 1997 and has worked across all areas of the business before being appointed Managing Director in 2016.
Patrick brings extensive expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure delivery, asset management and stakeholder engagement. A former Cork County Councillor and former Chair of the Strategic Policy Committee for Environment and Waste Management, Patrick has a strong understanding of local government, environmental policy and regional development.
He currently serves on the National Skills Council; chairs the Green Skills Sub-Committee and is Chair of the South West Regional Skills Forum. Through these roles, Patrick actively contributes to national and regional workforce development, sustainability policy and industry collaboration.
Patrick is a current member of the Water Services Operators Group supported by the CECA in the CIF.
