Paul Moran, TII Regional Manager for the Southwest of Ireland, overseeing the development of roads based projects on national roads in addition to greenway schemes. Graduate of UCC Civil Engineering, Masters in Structural Engineering, Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Structural Engineer. Has over 35 years experience in the delivery of road infrastructure in both the private sector and public service, in the planning, procurement and construction of many projects. Current folio of projects include M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy, M20 Cork to Limerick, Adare Bypass, the South Kerry Greenway and M21 Foynes to Limerick in addition to other Town bypass schemes that are badly needed.
