Tim Segal is a Lecturer in Architecture at Munster Technological University. He previously served as Head of Department in the School of STEM. He has lectured in areas ranging from Construction Technology and BIM to Facilities Management and Manufacturing. Tim also spent time lecturing in Construction Management and Architectural Design at Salford University, Manchester in the UK and has worked in private and public sector architectural practice in the US, Germany and Ireland. He has been programme coordinator for the Certificate in BIM with Revit course at MTU since 2017. Tim has been seconded to the University Estates Office for several projects, including as Project Lead for the recently completed An Cuan Building on MTU’s Kerry Campus which provides classroom, laboratory, workshop and office accommodation for science and engineering activities along with apprentice blocks.
